Physiotherapy and podiatry are an integral part of the treatment of all foot and ankle conditions.
The Hampshire Foot and Ankle Centre ensures that a team of experts is available locally and in London for the management of your foot or ankle problem. This team work closely with each other and are experienced in assessing and managing foot and ankle disorders.
Many conditions do not require surgery but do need proper assessment and treatment either with specific exercises or possibly shoe inserts (orthoses).
Working closely with a team is also important to ensure the best possible result after surgery. Knowledge of the specialised operative procedures and the ideal rehabilitation following an operation is ensured by the "Team Approach" adopted by the Hampshire Foot and Ankle Centre.
